I was also not a fan of webpt’s software. I am a physical therapist, and my clinic uses hep2go for creating home programs (instructions, pictures, etc.). They have an option to translate to spanish, which has worked.

We used to use hep2go, but switched to physitrack about a year ago. Free app i use for my own training is jefit. I would stay away from instagram/twitter and trust your knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics when.
Best part is that it is free and has the largest bank of exercises than any physical therapy related software, i have used it myself to.
If you don’t like the price, wait until week. Medbridge is awful in comparison. This is a sub for practicing physical therapists to discuss cases, research, old and new. You can also poke around hep2go and get inspired from user uploads. While hep2go is a little cluttered, once you find the exercises you like and know the specific names, it becomes very smooth to use. If you are not a licensed pt or currently under the care of a pt please do not post here. Hep2go is great and just did a few updates that made it even better.
