I’m transgender and plan to change my name in the future. (this is all hypothetical, as we are not yet ttc again, though we will probably start in the next year.) i’ve been trying to think of ways that i could possibly honor my mother,. I used to prefer [name_f]katie [/name_f], but i’ve been crushing on [name_f]katy [/name_f] lately.
I am expecting twin girls and we have one name picked out:
Have our boys name but definitely no girls names set yet. As part of this, i want to change my middle name, katherine, to something that reads more masculine. Would [name]catherine[/name] nn [name]erin[/name] work? It can be hit or miss in this.
We will call her [name]katie [/name]. I also work with young children. I have always loved the name [name]caitlyn [/name], for obvious reasons though i cannot give my child that name. I like double first names for girls, well some, that is. I was born in the 00s and i grew up with a handful of other katie’s. A person that can legally change their name wants to be known as.
